Terms of Service
The scope of what we provide, what you remain responsible for, and how fees, revisions and disputes work.
Who we are
America Visa Collective is an independent education and administrative support business. We are not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, any United States embassy or consulate, or any other government authority. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, determine visa eligibility or represent applicants before government agencies. Information and administrative assistance are based on publicly available resources and are general in nature. Customers remain responsible for reviewing, approving and submitting their own information. Visa decisions are made exclusively by United States Government authorities. Purchasing a product or service does not guarantee eligibility, an appointment, processing within a particular period or approval.
By using this website or purchasing a product or service, you confirm that you understand and accept the statement above.
Scope of service
We provide general educational information about publicly available U.S. visa material, downloadable educational guides, and non-legal administrative support such as checklists, document naming and organisation, completeness lists against published instructions, typing or data-entry assistance using information you supply, translation coordination, general interview-preparation materials and appointment reminders.
Before any payment for administrative support, we provide a written scope stating exactly what is and is not included, the delivery timeframe and the number of revisions.
We do not select a visa category for you, determine your eligibility, interpret immigration law, advise you how to answer questions, draft legal arguments, handle appeals, waivers, removals or proceedings, contact any government agency as your representative, or submit or sign anything on your behalf.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of every answer and document. You must personally review and approve every entry before submitting an application.
You must not ask us to omit, alter or conceal information, and you must not ask us for legal advice. If you do, we will decline and refer you to a licensed U.S. immigration attorney.
You are responsible for meeting all deadlines and for paying all government fees directly to the relevant authority.
Fees and separation of charges
Our charges cover educational materials or administrative support only. They are separate from all U.S. Government filing and application fees, and from third-party charges such as translation, courier, photographs or medical examinations.
If you engage a licensed U.S. immigration attorney, their fees are set and charged by them directly and are not collected by us.
We do not store payment-card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
Delivery, revisions and timeframes
Educational PDF products are delivered by download link by email, normally within minutes of payment.
Administrative support timeframes and revision limits are stated in your written scope. Revisions cover clerical corrections to our own work, not new work outside the agreed scope.
We publish delivery timeframes for our own work only. We cannot guarantee any government appointment availability, processing period or outcome.
No guarantees
Purchasing a product or service does not guarantee eligibility, an appointment, processing within a particular period, or approval. Visa decisions are made exclusively by United States Government authorities.
Information on this website is general in nature, drawn from publicly available sources, and may become out of date. Always check the official government pages we link to.
Disputes, chargebacks and governing law
If something has gone wrong, contact billing@americavisacollective.com before initiating a chargeback so that we can review the matter and resolve it directly.
Complaints are handled under our published complaints procedure. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
