About us
An independent visa education and administrative support company
We are based in Australia and support customers in countries around the world who are preparing their own U.S. visa applications.
What we do
We make publicly available information easier to follow
America Visa Collective provides general educational resources and non-legal administrative support to people exploring U.S. visa applications. We make publicly available U.S. visa information easier to understand and help customers organise the information and documents they personally choose to submit.
Our team is administrative, not legal. That distinction shapes every page of this website, every product we sell and every conversation we have.
Where legal advice is required, we refer customers to licensed U.S. immigration attorneys and to official USCIS and Department of Justice resources.

Our position
What we are not
Stating this plainly protects you and keeps our service lawful.
- Not a law firm
- Not U.S. immigration attorneys
- Not a DOJ-recognised organisation
- Not DOJ-accredited representatives
- Not part of USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, any U.S. embassy or the United States Government
- Not authorised to provide legal advice or represent clients before U.S. immigration authorities
How we work
Four working principles
Plain language first
If an instruction cannot be explained in plain English, we quote the official wording and link to the source rather than paraphrasing loosely.
Honest limits
We say no clearly. When a question requires legal interpretation, we stop and refer you on rather than guessing.
You stay in control
Every answer and document is yours. You review, approve and submit — we never sign or submit anything for you.
Careful with your information
We collect only what is genuinely needed, use secure uploads, restrict staff access and delete on a schedule.
