You provide the information and documents you have personally chosen to use, through our secure upload process.
Step 05
Clerical and organisational assistance
Our team names, orders and lists your documents, and identifies blank or incomplete fields for your attention.
Step 06
You review every entry
You check every answer and document against the official instructions. Nothing is treated as final until you say so.
Step 07
You approve and submit
You personally approve and submit your application. We never submit or sign anything on your behalf.
Step 08
Referral where needed
If a legal question arises at any point, we stop and refer you to licensed U.S. immigration attorney resources.

One adjustable-fee service covering orientation, document organisation and preparation assistance for the category you have personally chosen. The exact fee is set in writing after you describe your needs and preferred timeline.

Government application fees
Fees payable directly to United States Government authorities. Never included in our charges and never collected by us.
Third-party charges
Costs such as translation, courier, medical examinations or photographs, charged by the provider you choose.
Attorney fees
If you engage a licensed U.S. immigration attorney, their fees are set and charged by them directly.

If your matter involves a previous refusal, overstay, removal, criminal history, inadmissibility issue, suspected misrepresentation, waiver, appeal or uncertainty about your legal eligibility, you should consult a licensed U.S. immigration attorney.
