Privacy Policy

What we collect, how it is protected, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.

What we collect and why

We collect only the information genuinely needed to provide educational materials and administrative support: your name, contact details, country of citizenship and residence, the general purpose of your travel and the type of help you have requested.

Where you engage administrative support, we also handle the documents you personally choose to give us. We never ask for documents we do not need, and we never require you to send documents in order to receive general information.

We do not collect information about your immigration matter in order to advise you on it. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Secure uploads and transmission

Documents are collected only through our encrypted upload links. We never collect passports or other sensitive documents through unsecured web forms or as email attachments.

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to our systems requires individual secure login with multi-factor authentication.

Staff access restrictions

Access is restricted to the team members supporting your specific matter. Access is logged and reviewed.

We never sell customer information, and we do not use your documents for marketing, training or any purpose other than the service you requested.

Retention and automatic deletion

Documents supplied for administrative support are deleted automatically 90 days after your engagement is completed or cancelled, unless you ask us in writing to delete them sooner.

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months so that we can respond to complaints and meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Payment records are retained for the period required by Australian tax law. We do not store payment-card information directly; card details are handled by our payment provider.

International data handling

We are based in Australia and our customers are worldwide, so information you provide is stored and processed in Australia and may be accessed by our service providers in other countries.

Where information is transferred internationally, we require providers to apply protections comparable to those described in this policy.
